The 90-point audit that prices every leak in euros

Across the accounts we audit, a median 21% of monthly budget goes to searches that cannot convert. The audit finds your number: 90 checks across six sections, each failure priced per year, delivered as a sequenced fix plan in ten business days. €1,900, fixed.

What are the six audit sections?

SectionChecksTypical finding
Search-term hygiene18Job, competitor, and how-to queries with no negatives fencing them off
Keywords & match types16Broad-match drift after Google's loosened matching behavior
Performance Max & placements14PMax re-buying brand traffic that search already owns
Bidding & budgets15tCPA targets set from wishes rather than the account's data
Ads & assets13One responsive search ad per group, untested for months
Measurement & consent14Consent Mode v2 absent or misfiring, so modeling is off for EEA traffic

Why price findings in euros?

Because "your account has broad-match issues" is not a decision. "Terms outside your service area spent €14,300 last year" is. Every failed check in the report carries an annualized euro estimate built from your own click and conversion data, and the summary ranks fixes by recovered euros per hour of work. That is also how the industrial client in this lead-cost teardown decided which fixes to run first.

How does the audit connect to benchmarks?

Findings get context from the 2026 WordStream search benchmarks: 13,474 US campaigns with a median CPC of $5.42 and a median cost per lead of $66.69, or $93.69 for business services. If your CPL is triple your vertical's median, the report shows which of the 90 checks explains the gap. Benchmarks locate the problem; your account data prices it.

What happens after delivery?

A 60-minute walkthrough, then the plan is yours. Roughly half of clients execute in-house; the other half move to guardrailed management, where the setup fee is waived and month one is the fix plan. Either way, the report stands on its own and the walkthrough includes the people who will run the fixes, with the budget holder.

Frequently asked questions

€1,900 fixed, delivered within ten business days of receiving read-only account access. The scope never changes with account size; very large accounts simply get sampled deeper in the search-term and placement sections. If we find less than €1,900 of annual waste, we say so in the summary.

Read-only access to Google Ads and GA4, plus fifteen minutes on your goals and unit economics so the CPA math uses your numbers. No tag changes, no editing rights, no calls with sales staff. Most clients grant access in one afternoon and the ten-day clock starts there.

Ninety items across six sections: search-term hygiene, match-type and keyword structure, Performance Max overlap and placement quality, bidding and budget allocation, ad and asset coverage, and measurement including Consent Mode v2 state. Each failed check carries an estimated euro cost per year, so the summary reads like an invoice of leaks.

The deliverable is designed to stand alone: findings, euro estimates, and a sequenced fix plan your team can execute in-house. About half of audit clients do exactly that. If you want us to run the fixes, the €450 management setup fee is waived and the plan becomes month one.
